Contentment: “An internal satisfaction which does not demand changes in external circumstances.”
Remember: When you think of contentment…money can’t buy it and poverty can’t provide it.”
3 Ways We Can Learn Contentment
- COMPLETELY TRUST
Keep your lives free from the love of money and be content with what you have, because God has said, “Never will I leave you; never will I forsake you.”6 So we say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper; I will not be afraid. What can mere mortals do to me?” Hebrews 13:5-6
“Whoever loves money never has enough; whoever loves wealth is never satisfied with their income. This too is meaningless.” Ecclesiastes 5:10
“I ask two things from you, Lord. Don’t refuse me before I die. 8 Keep me from lying and being dishonest. And don’t make me either rich or poor; just give me enough food for each day. 9 If I have too much, I might reject you and say, ‘I don’t know the Lord.’ If I am poor, I might steal and disgrace the name of my God. - CONSTANTLY REMEMBER THIS LIFE IS TEMPORARY.
“Why, you do not even know what will happen tomorrow. What is your life? You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes.” James 4:14

Gratitude and generosity is the antidote to greed.
